As you may have already heard, Wellehan Library is changing off-campus access to library databases. This move will make access simpler and more convenient. As of Monday, June 12, the set of vendor-specific passwords previously used to access our databases from off-campus will no longer be valid. Instead, you will be asked to enter your first and last name and library barcode number whenever entering any library database from off-campus. (The exception to this is Minerva, Wellehan's online catalog, which is available to anyone at any time). If you are an on-campus student or a faculty/staff member, your barcode is the long string of numbers beginning with 21912 at the bottom of your SJC ID. (Note: IDs for juniors and seniors are missing the 21912. You will need to type 21912 in front of the nine-digit number at the bottom of your card when asked for your barcode.) If you are a distance learning student, your barcode is on the Wellehan library card that we have mailed to you upon your request. If you have not yet requested your library card, please do so through the library's website HERE. We will mail out your library card within 48 hours of receipt of your request, not including weekends or holidays.
