The mission of the Facilities Management Department is to efficiently plan, construct, operate and maintain the campus facilities, grounds and infrastructure. Our goal is to provide a state of operational excellence that supports Saint Joseph’s College in its mission. We strive to continually promote and foster a commitment to customer service and professionalism that meets the needs of the campus community. Realizing that our most important product is service, we are committed to doing the best job possible with the resources we have at our disposal.

Facilities Management is responsible for a wide range of services for the campus community including carpentry, painting, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, housekeeping, snow removal and grounds and athletic field maintenance.
