The Harold Alfond Center – named in honor of one of Maine's most
generous philanthropists, Harold Alfond – is a two-level complex
that is the home of the SJC Monks intercollegiate athletic programs.
The facility includes locker rooms, training room, saunas,
equipment room, rock wall, dance room, weight room, 6 lane swimming
pool and a 1,360-seat gymnasium. The second floor houses staff and coaching
offices, alumni lounge, classrooms, film storage and staff lounge.
  
Ward Park, consisting of Larry
Mahaney Baseball Diamond and a softball field, is the only fully-lighted
collegiate baseball/softball complex in New England. It has been the
host site for may prestigious baseball and softball tournaments, including
the Maine State High School Baseball and Softball Tournaments, New England
Babe Ruth Baseball Tournament, Maine American Legion Baseball Tournament,
NAIA New England Tournament, and the NAIA Super Regional Tournament.
 
The picturesque field hockey field is set on the north end of campus.
The field has undergone a renovation that has made it one of the premier
field hockey fields in New England.
 
The soccer field is a well-maintained landscaped field and home to the
Saint Joseph's College men's and women's soccer teams. There is bleacher
seating for 300 spectators and ample space for lawn chair seating. It
has hosted numerous Championship soccer matches since opening in 1990.
